2. Use License

Permission is granted to use the Character Reference Sheet Maker tool for personal, educational, or commercial graphic generation projects.

• Starter Plan (Free): Sheets generated on the free tier include a watermark and are restricted to non-commercial, personal, student, or concept test use only.
• Studio Pro Plan: Paid plans grant full commercial licensing, remove watermarks, and permit high-resolution (2K, 4K) exports.

3. Local Processing & Disclaimers

Since GiveMeImage operates 100% client-side inside the user's browser, you retain absolute ownership of the images you import and sheets you compile. We hold zero liability for data lost during browser crashes, tab reloads, memory limits, or canvas overflows. Make sure to back up your original character files locally.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Payment plans are handled securely via Stripe. All monthly subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in your account settings prior to the billing cycle. One-time lifetime licenses grant perpetual access to the tool's premium templates and export scales. Refund policies follow Stripe standard terms.

5. Limitations

In no event shall GiveMeImage or its creators be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the generator templates, even if notified orally or in writing.

6. Accuracy of Materials

The materials appearing on the website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. GiveMeImage does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete or current. We may make changes to the materials contained on the website at any time without notice.

7. Links

GiveMeImage has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by GiveMeImage of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with standard internet commerce laws, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in that territory.
